The rent is free, so we moved to Substack
Hi folks! Expect the same Charming-Yet-Infrequent Newsletter as always: pet antics, my misadventures and the latest Rhymes With Orange happenings. Thanks for sticking with us as we unpack. This isn’t a “pay for it” type of newsletter, but will I flaunt the cat and dog pajama pants we’ve got for sale? Count on it.
I did a craft project once.
My partner Kristin recently told me the Pillsbury Dough Boy retired. Turns out this is NOT true, but it reminded that I once made a trivet with old recipes and this cartoon.
My field trip to the Museum of Natural History
I went to New York to see the live ants exhibit. These crates were in the parking garage. Something isn’t right.
We cleaned the basement.
Isn’t amazing how things, when left unattended, take on a life of their own?
The Temu Debacle.
Seven years ago, some rascal plagiarized my cartoon from 1999 and posted it to Facebook. We asked him to stop. Now he’s put it up for sale on Temu-dot-com. We asked Temu to take it down. No luck yet, but ads for Temu now follow me everywhere. The irony!
Single Panel Cartooning Boot Camp is June 17-21

Amy! So cool to hear from you! I still get the paper, too. I like the feel of it. I was just back in SF to visit some pals (do you remember Raquel Lewis from Branner dining Hall or had she graduated?)
Anyway, I loved being in Golden Gate park again. My fave place in all the city. Where do you live?
Hiya Beth! I want to see it!
